International Number Rental Policy

This Policy applies to the International Numbers category.

Availability

Countries, services and numbers are sourced live from connected providers. Availability and pricing are shown from real supplier data and can change at any time. We do not fabricate stock or numbers.

OTP / verification

• Numbers are intended for one-time verification where supported by the provider.
• If no OTP/SMS arrives within the displayed timeout window, the order is automatically refunded to your wallet.
• We never fabricate OTP codes — codes shown are only those actually received from the provider.

Third-party acceptance

Third-party platforms may reject or restrict certain numbers. Acceptance by any destination platform is not guaranteed and is outside KEN STORE's control.

Refunds

See the Refund Policy. Once a verification code has been received, the rental is considered fulfilled.
