These Terms govern your use of KEN STORE ("KEN STORE", "we", "us"), a digital services marketplace operated at kenstoreglobal.com. By creating an account, funding a wallet or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. What we offer

KEN STORE resells digital services sourced from third-party suppliers across four areas: Social Media Growth, Social Account Sales, International Numbers, and Digital Services. We act as a reseller and fulfilment layer — the underlying services are provided by independent third-party suppliers.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter into these Terms.

3. Wallet & pricing

  • Orders are paid from your NGN wallet balance. Prices shown at checkout are authoritative and calculated server-side.
  • Wallet funding may be temporarily unavailable while payment activation is completed. When enabled, top-ups are processed by our payment provider and verified server-side before your wallet is credited.
  • Prices can change based on supplier costs and availability; the price you confirm at checkout is the price charged.

4. Orders & delivery

We route each order to the appropriate supplier. Delivery times, availability and service characteristics depend on the supplier and are only represented when supported by actual supplier data. We do not guarantee outcomes beyond what a supplier actually provides.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use KEN STORE for unlawful purposes or in violation of any third-party platform's terms. See our Acceptable Use & Service Limitations.

6. Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the order state and supplier limitations. See our Refund Policy.

7. Disclaimers

Services are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee permanent account lifespan, permanent acceptance by any third-party platform, guaranteed OTP acceptance, guaranteed growth results, or refill/cancellation unless the relevant supplier actually provides it.
